Private Instruction

Would you like to relieve stress, manage life’s aches and pains or step deeper into your current yoga practice?

A private session is perfect for those looking for an individualized yoga experience or who want to learn therapeutic methods for managing injuries, chronic pain and/or tension.

Because we are all wonderfully different, a private yoga session can empower you to begin creating a yoga practice which brings a specific intelligence and awareness to your body.

In a Shakti Rising Yoga private, you will be guided through your session with nurturing attention to your personal needs and at the end will be given a written, detailed description of what was covered during the session for a clear reference for practicing on your own.

Private instruction is by appointment.
